Originally scheduled for an October appointment, I was offered an early opening In August to discuss my chronic postoperative pain issue. Dr. McKenzie was able to identify/diagnosis a nerve issue that should help with a treatment plan when I can access Pain Management. I was given another referral to local pain management. Due to pain, I have not been able to travel out of area to seek care, I appreciate Dr. McKenzie's time and assistance with diagnosis. The Neurology staff was outstanding, I am very grateful for the quality care I received.

I have been dealing with a chronic pain issue. It was recommended to see neurologist. Originally Neurology appointment was to be in October 2024, fortunately I was offered an earlier appointment and given a diagnosis to help with Pain Management treatment. I have not been able to get into Pain Management. Another referral will be sent. I have a better understanding of my condition and treatment needs following neurology appointment. Very Grateful for Dr. McKenzie's time.

Dr. McKenzie is an excellent Neurologist and I feel quite safe in her care. Because of a serious injury in a car accident when I was 18, and at my current age 80 there are definitely issues I have. I have been in her care for over 16 years and value it and her greatly.

The provider is excellent . There are not enough providers. More compassion is needed and not dismissing what the patient is experiencing is important. Waiting so long to get care is creating illness. My PCP is also amazing but her MA makes her job harder. Drs need better support.

Very thorough medical evaluation by Dr. McKenzie explaining current state of my health based on recent medical testing and submitting plans for additional blood and urine testing along with Cervical MRI for assisting with fully identify medical issues going on with me. Front office staff was extremely helpful in post visit paperwork explanation. Have already recommended Dr McKenzie to other friends with Neurological issues.

They scheduled me for an appointment in March. I had to call back several times to find a closer appointment. I finally got told there was a cancellation for January [Date] so I was able to come in earlier than expected. That was the only good part otherwise they were making me wait several months before I could come and talk to the doctor and there was nothing to talk to the doctor about the doctor didn't tell me anything About my health she just gave me a bunch of more prescription refills

Does not ask many questions and does not listen well. In office treatments are done too quickly in my opinion and not carefully. She seems to be unaware or not concerned with the patient's comfort (too rushed and as a result I noticed that the treatments I received here are not as effective as I have received elsewhere). We really rely on our providers in this area because we do not have many. It would make such a difference to our community if your organization would support your providers with whatever training, staffing, or tools they need to provide quality healthcare to the people who live here. They deserve it.

Too many time constraints on Dr. McKenzie which doesn't allow for complete focused care. While Dr. McKenzie is medically proficient, Providence's treatment of Alzheimers patients is abysmal at best. Shame on you.
